bingopus Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bingopus platform, including all games, features, and services available through the bingopus website and mobile application. During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. bingopus is not liable for issues arising from outdated information provided at registration.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. The verification process involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address. bingopus processes KYC in line with Philippine financial identity requirements. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests cannot be approved.

bingopus accepts deposits in Philippine Peso through Philippine bank transfer (including InstaPay and PESONet-enabled channels) and supported local e-wallets for eligible verified accounts. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the verified bank account or eligible e-wallet registered to your bingopus account. Withdrawals cannot be sent to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the app.
• Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder funds through the bingopus platform.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing or threatening other players or bingopus staff through the in-app chat or any other channel.
• Colluding with other players in any table game or poker variant.

bingopus is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming. All registered players must be 21 years of age or older. Online gaming on bingopus is entertainment — it is not a reliable way to earn income, and no game on the platform guarantees a profit.

• Verified balances not connected to any violation will be returned to the account holder following a clean investigation outcome.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting bingopus support. Upon confirmed closure, remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the verified account, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
